DESCRIPTION:Join us for a scenic Freshwater Bay hike!\n\n\nJoin us for an unforgettable afternoon exploring the history and beauty of Freshwater Bay\, a hidden gem along the East Coast Trail. Once home to a thriving fishing community with summer homes\, stages\, and even a chapel\, the bay now offers a quiet escape where traces of its past mingle with rugged coastal charm. \nWe’ll set out on a 5 km out-and-back hike (moderate difficulty\, approx. 1 hr 45 min) via Dead Man’s Path from Blackhead Road\, arriving at the bay for time to relax\, share food and conversation\, explore the shoreline\, or simply sit and enjoy the scenery.
