RISE was created to help workplaces and youth build more inclusive, equitable, and welcoming environments. The name RISE (Respect, Inclusion, Support, and Empowerment) reflects the core values that guide our work. Through engaging learning modules, guidance, and community partnerships, RISE equips individuals with the skills and confidence to drive positive change in workplaces, schools and communities.

Youth Programming: Empowering Young Leaders

We develop DEI modules and tools for educators and youth facilitators. Through our training, facilitators gain the skills to deliver interactive lessons on diversity, identity, and anti-racism. These lessons help students build awareness, confidence, and leadership skills while fostering inclusive school communities.
