Pre-Screened Talent

Every candidate AUE refers has completed a structured employment readiness program — holistic intake, resume preparation, and a mock interview. You receive professionals who are prepared, vetted, and ready to contribute.

Curated Matching

We do not send you a stack of resumes. We match your specific role requirements to candidates from our talent pool and make a targeted introduction. Less time screening. More time hiring

Onboarding and Integration Support

We stay involved after the hire. Amal Unite & Empower provides practical onboarding guidance and workplace integration tools through RISE — so your new employee gets the right start and your team is set up to succeed from day one.

Long-Term
Retention

Replacing an employee costs far more than keeping one. AUE’s ongoing support through RISE and Bloom wellbeing programming addresses the conditions that make employment sustainable, reducing turnover and building stronger teams.

Wellbeing Support for Your Newcomer Employees

AUE’s BLOOM program supports the wellbeing, social connection, and sense of belonging of newcomers building their lives in Newfoundland and Labrador. As an AUE industry partner, your newcomer employees have access to BLOOM programming — community events, wellness activities, peer connection, and family-friendly experiences designed to help people feel genuinely at home in this province. Why this matters to you as an employer: a newcomer who feels rooted in their community is more likely to stay employed, more likely to stay in NL, and more likely to stay with your organization. BLOOM is not a program you manage. It is a resource your employees can access — and a signal that your organization is part of a network that invests in the whole person, not just the job.

Bloom in Your Workplace

For eligible industry partners in our network, Amal Unite & Empower can coordinate and facilitate tailored wellness experiences directly at your workplace — delivered by professional facilitators we recruit and contract locally. These are not generic wellness programs. They are designed around your team, your context, and your employees’ needs — bringing the Bloom philosophy into your organization in a format that works for your schedule and your people. All employees are welcome to attend, not just newcomers. Recent examples include mindfulness and wellness in the workplace sessions delivered by a locally known yoga and mindfulness instructor — hosted as a lunch-and-learn at a partner organization’s site, with strong attendance and excellent team feedback. AUE is the host organization for the National Connector Program in Newfoundland and Labrador. Connectors are industry volunteers who meet with employment-ready newcomers to expand their professional networks and support workforce integration.

Becoming a Connector is one of the most direct ways Newfoundland and Labrador industry professionals can invest in the province’s workforce — one conversation at a time. Interested in becoming a Connector or registering your organization?
