About the event

How much has changed for women at work, in leadership, and in positions of influence? And what still needs to change for those coming next?

Using Gloria Steinem’s legacy as a starting point, this Tequity+ conversation looks across generations at Then. Now. Next. Together with Jennifer Williams, President and CEO of Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, we’ll explore what previous generations changed, what women are navigating today, and what progress should look like from here.

THEN: What has changed during our careers and across generations?

NOW: Where have we made progress, and where does reality still fall short?

NEXT: What do we want people entering the workforce today to experience differently, and what will it take to get there?
