    Participants ride a stationary bike to rhythmic music in a fun, energizing workout designed to boost your wellness.Bloom is partnering with Studio VERSŌ to offer a private, beginner-friendly introduction to spin for newcomers in Newfoundland and Labrador. This session is part of Bloom in Motion — a wellness, recreation, and community campaign focused on movement, connection, and belonging. No previous spin or fitness experience is required.When & Where📅 Thursday, June 25, 2026⏱️ 7:30 p.m.📍 Studio VERSŌ — O'Leary Avenue Studio, 60 O'Leary Avenue, St. John's, NLWhy attend?Many people are curious about wellness and fitness studios but feel uncertain about attending alone for the first time — unsure what to wear, what to expect, or whether they will feel welcome. This session was designed with that in mind.You will arrive as a group, get a full tour of the studio, hear everything explained in plain language before class begins, and have time to ask questions. The spin class itself is private — just Bloom participants — and you are always in control of your own pace, resistance, and intensity.
