Bloom by Amal Unite & Empower, in partnership with Modo Yoga St. John’s and the Government House, invites you to Yoga on the Lawn at Government House.

Take a break from your day and join us for a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga session focused on movement, relaxation, and well-being.

No previous yoga experience is needed! Our outdoor session is family- and pet-friendly.

Rain or shine, the Wellness Break is on! In the event of poor weather, we will move the session indoors to the gym at Amal Unite & Empower, 7 Ricketts Road, St. John’s.

Advance registration is encouraged. Everyone who registers will receive a text on the day of the event confirming whether we will be gathering at Government House or indoors at Amal Unite & Empower. To help us continue offering free wellness activities to the community, we ask all participants to complete a short one-time information form.

This is a requirement from our funders and helps us keep Bloom running at no cost to you. The information is confidential and used only for reporting and planning.

About Modo Yoga St. John’s

Modo Yoga St. John’s is an eco-conscious yoga and Pilates studio located in the heart of downtown St. John’s. Some participants have strong allergies to perfumes, colognes, and other scented products.
